Teaching should not be seen as a profession that will fill the space.

In today's conditions, it is not known how many people can deliberately and willingly choose teaching as a profession. He must stay away from the rigid discipline that turns man into a tree with twigs, limits his thoughts and enslaves him to a single life, and seeks ways to develop the students entrusted to him in a free environment.

The pre-professional training of teachers, who are obliged to perform a very important task, such as teaching-learning process, unfortunately, is not enough to solve the problems they will face in their working lives.
