Terms of use

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Pigeon Public Union for the Development of Education (hereinafter -

II. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE UNION

2.1. The main purpose of the association is to promote the development of education.

III. UNION RIGHTS

3.1. The Union has the following rights:

• Branches in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and abroad and

IV. PROPERTY AND FINANCIAL ACTIVITY OF THE UNION

4.1. Buildings, facilities, apartments, equipment owned by the Association,

4.2. The Union is liable for its obligations with its property. This property only

4.3. Sources of monetary and other formation of the property of the Union
are:

• regular or one-time membership of the founders or members of the Association

• administrations, enterprises, local and international organizations and citizens

• derived from stocks, bonds, other securities and deposits
  dividends, income;
• obtained as a result of using and selling his property

• grants;

4.4. The members of the Union are on separate objects belonging to it

4.5. The union is defined in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan

4.6. Target funds received at the expense of the Union in other directions
cannot be spent.

4.7. The Union may not provide financial or other material assistance to political parties.

V. FOUNDERS AND MEMBERS OF THE UNION,
THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. The founders of the association are legal entities (state power and local self-government
bodies) or individuals over 18 years of age.

5.7. A member of the Union is only authorized by the relevant bodies of the Union

5.8. The members of the Union have the following responsibilities:

• To comply with the Charter of the Association;
• To implement the decisions of the elected bodies of the Union;
• To comply with the requirements of the Charter;
• To participate in the events of the Union.

5.9. The amount of the membership fee is determined by the Board of the Association

5.10. Membership in the Union is terminated in the following cases:

• when he voluntarily resigns from the Union;
• When expelled from the association.

5.11. A member of the Association shall be expelled from membership in the following cases:

• When he commits actions that tarnish the name of the Union;
• when he refuses to take part in the work of the Union on a regular basis;
• When acting contrary to the purposes of the Charter.

5.12. Withdrawal from membership can be made by the decision of the Board.

5.13. From that decision of the member of the Union to the supreme governing body of the Union and
has the right to appeal to the court.

VI. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE UNION
AND GOVERNMENT BODIES

6.1. The supreme governing body of the Union is convened at least once a year
It is a General Meeting.

6.2. The General Assembly is the executive body of the Union, one of the founders or
convened on the initiative of one-third of its members.

6.3. Two to the founders and members of the Association about the place and time of the Meeting
should be reported weeks in advance.

6.4. The powers of the General Assembly include:

• Adoption of the Charter of the Union and making amendments to it;
• Defining the principles of formation and use of the property of the Association

• Establishment of executive bodies of the Union and their powers early termination;
• approval of the annual report;
• participation in other organizations;
• Reorganization and liquidation of the Union;
• Hearing of the report of the heads of the executive body of the Union.

6.5. The General Meeting is attended only by more than half of the members of the Union
is considered competent.

6.6. Decisions on issues discussed at the General Assembly are simple
adopted by a majority of votes. Each member has one vote. In addition to the charter and
making changes and making a decision on reorganization and liquidation of the organization

6.7. The current management of the activities of the Association is carried out by the Management Board.

6.8. From the Chairman of the Board of the Executive Body, his deputies and others

6.9. The Management Board is a collegial executive body and has the following powers:

• Accepts and dismisses members of the Association;
• puts forward proposals and projects;
• Establishes branches and opens representative offices of the Association;
• Refers to the exclusive powers of other governing bodies of the Union

6.10. It is considered competent if more than half of the members of the Management Board are present
and decisions are made by a simple majority.

6.11. Chairman of the Board, deputies and other members of the General Union
Elected by the Assembly for a term of 2 (two) years.

6.12. Chairman:

• Represents the Union, concludes contracts and powers of attorney on its behalf organizes the implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting and the Board;
• By the General Assembly and by the Charter

6.13. The Control and Inspection Commission of the Association is composed of officials and members of the Association
compliance of its activities with the Charter, as well as the financial activities of the Association

6.14. One month for appeals from the bodies and members of the NTK Union

VII. TERMINATION OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE UNION

7.1. Reorganization of the activity of the association (merger, acquisition,

VIII. OTHER CONDITIONS

8.1. Issues not provided for in this Charter shall be regulated by law
