Ganira Pashayeva

 

Today is the birthday of Ganira Pashayeva, chairwoman of the Culture Committee of the Milli Majlis, who turned patriotism into a way of life and whose heart always beats with Azerbaijan. I wish Azerbaijan success in all its endeavors and further activities.
Ms. Ganira is one of the most successful figures in the history of Azerbaijan. It is not accidental that Ganira's birthday coincided with the International Women's Day, due to her successful work and example of courage to a number of women. I am sure that her life has influenced the business activities of many of our women. We have witnessed for many years that Ganira has worked in Azerbaijan to solve social problems, that women have the right to work alongside men and to engage in public work for the benefit of the people. The only reason for this is that Ganira's heart is always beating for Azerbaijan, for the development of civil society. Perhaps this is what distinguishes Ms. Ganira from others in the community: what she does is a loving approach to solving people's problems. At a time when the foreign values ​​of the globalizing world are trying to be accepted by our country and our youth, Azerbaijan needs to protect its national interests. The future of a state depends on its citizens fulfilling their duty of loyalty to their country. From this point of view, such an approach strengthens the feeling of love for the homeland and the nation among our common citizens. We were not surprised that Ms. Ganira was with the people and soldiers who suffered from the Armenian aggression against the civilian population in the frontline regions during the Second Karabakh War. Even though he was wounded in the events in Tovuz, in addition to the responsibilities of being a moral support to the people, as an Azerbaijani, it is an indication of his love for his homeland and nation.
At the same time, the moral support of young people in their social activities always inspires us young people. To be inspired by his life and work, to live in the same period with him, the principle of "first of all the Motherland" is instilled in our souls.
Historically, in 1918, for the first time in the Muslim East, giving women the right to vote and be elected was considered a historic achievement. However, not only in the East, but also in a number of European countries and the United States, which are the cradle of democracy, women have the right to participate in political processes in society. In addition to being a mother, a modern Azerbaijani woman is also a talented politician, businessman, government official, and MP who is trusted and loved by the people. This activity, along with the historical traditions we have, stems from the essence of the gender policy pursued in our country, the creation of the necessary conditions for them to use all opportunities as a full member of society. On this occasion, I also congratulate the Azerbaijani women on the occasion of the International Women's Day on March 8.
