Many changes and reforms are taking place in this field in order to integrate the independent education system of Azerbaijan into the international system. the experience of developed countries shows that in the new century, a creative, independent thinking and developing personality should be formed and cultivated for the development of society and people. Now each of us knows that one of the most important issues facing Azerbaijan's education is to educate a highly cultured, progressive worldview, patriotic personality with the ability to think independently and creatively while respecting human rights and freedoms. In order to solve this issue facing the education system, first of all, the teacher himself should change in quality, give up the role of "replicator" and accept a new role - the role of a guide on the way to acquiring knowledge. Therefore, the teacher should know the new technology of training, use new programs and textbooks, and most importantly, as our respected Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev said, "the teacher should regularly raise the methodical and professional level during his pedagogical activity" and increase his scientific-theoretical knowledge.

Let's get to know our English teacher Hajiyeva Gulchohra, who reflects the word "modern teacher" in her actions and behavior, who is always searching and improving her skills by participating in international trainings.

- I was born on October 19, 1993 in the city of Baku, the reason why I chose English was my mother. When I was a child, she would buy colorful picture books, including English ones. I was not of school age, but those colorful books attracted me so much that I wanted to learn what was written there and what the pictures meant. At first, I learned English in the magical world of books by solving words and then sentences. I almost idealized the English teacher by his clothes and speech when I was studying in secondary school No. 23. Being a teacher has greatly increased my interest in that language. In the choice of a higher school, he was very pleased with the Faculty of English Philology and Literature of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. After completing my bachelor's degree, I completed my master's degree at the Faculty of English Language and Literature at the Near East University of Cyprus.

I was not satisfied with this education, I participated in other international trainings and conferences. I never get tired of learning. I am a professional horseman as well as an English language specialist. I have participated in competitions and won prizes before. I currently consider this sport as a hobby. I am majoring in professional English. My students were both Azerbaijani and foreign citizens, and I taught English to several people. I also joined the "Rahat tahsil" online education platform with pleasure. Teaching what I know is the most important duty of a teacher.

We were also pleased to meet teacher Gulchohra. We need such modern and never-tiring educators.
