"Goyerchin" Public Union held a meeting with the mothers of martyrs
Gulnara Valikhanlı, the chairperson of "Goyerçin" Education Development Support Public Union, once again met with a group of mothers of martyrs. At the event dedicated to our martyrs, the National Anthem was played, and the memory of our martyrs who died for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence. Organizer Gulnara Valikhanli opened the event with an introduction and informed about the purpose of the project. Presenting the book "Motherland kneaded with the blood of martyrs" published with the financial support of the State Support Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he emphasized the importance of promoting the heroism of our martyrs and perpetuating their memory.
Later, Jeyran Hasanova, the mother of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, Abdulmajid Akhundov, made a speech and said that the memory of the martyrs of the Azerbaijani people is always cherished. With the victory in Karabakh, our glorious army cheered the souls of our thousands of martyrs, both in the Patriotic War and since the beginning of the conflict in 1988: "I thank all the mothers of martyrs who raised brave, brave, patriotic children. As long as there is an Azerbaijani state and Azerbaijani people, our martyrs will live and be remembered," the chairman emphasized in his speech.
Mothers of the martyrs, Huseynova Flora, Mehdiyeva Süreyya, Mayisa Hasanguliyeva, and Kahramanova Arzu spoke about their children's heroism and spoke proudly about their heroic sons, even though they were one-eyed. After the book presentation, singer Rashid Sadigov gave musical performances with songs in the spirit of patriotism.
